Announcement 2019-070: Update - Missouri Severe Storms, Tornadoes, and Flooding

FEMA Declared Disaster in Missouri - Additional Impacted Counties

On July 10 and July 29, 2019, Announcements 2019-059 and 2019-065 addressed the Major Disaster Declaration pertaining to the recent severe storms and flooding in Missouri, with an incident end date of July 5, 2019.

 

As of today, six (6) additional counties have been identified and designated for Individual Assistance from FEMA. This brings the total to twenty-six (26) counties in total.

If the effective date of the appraisal or appraisal alternative was on or prior to the July 5, 2019 Incident Date, an inspection is required in accordance with the FEMA Declared Disaster Policies and Procedures and product profiles prior to purchase of the loan.
