We are transitioning Final Documents processing to our ViewPoint team at Indecomm Global Services. As a result we request that beginning February 3, 2020 you deliver your final documents to the address below. Any final documents in transit to Milwaukee Wisconsin will be forwarded to Indecomm for processing.

Final documents should be sent with the Final Doc Transmittal Submission Form. Please make sure to include the transmittal when you submit your final documents. Upon receipt, Indecomm will send a transmittal confirmation which you can keep for your records. You can also email copies of final documents to NewRez.ViewPoint@indecomm.net.
To sign up for access to the ViewPoint website where you can monitor the status of obtained and outstanding documents, complete the ViewPoint Access Request Form. Once completed, email it to NewRez.ViewPoint@Indecomm.net. You will be sent logon information.
In addition to accessing the ViewPoint website to view document status, the ViewPoint team will send a list of outstanding documents every 2 weeks for your review. Please make sure your Lender Post Close contact in LION is current to ensure correct delivery. If there is no Lender Post Close contact the listing will be sent to your LION Admin.
If final documents are not received within 120 days of the funding date, a fee of $125 will be charged.
