Announcement 2025-052 Yosemite Jumbo AUS Program

Newrez LLC "Newrez" Approved Correspondent Clients; Newrez is excited to announce an expansion to the Yosemite Jumbo AUS program.

Effective Immediately, Newrez has expanded the Yosemite Jumbo AUS program to include a Non-Delegated Underwriting Option.

Please follow the current process for submitting loans for Non-Delegated underwriting.

In addition, the Fee Grid has been updated for this product.

New product training is available for the Jumbo AUS product. Visit our training site to sign up for upcoming sessions. Processors, underwriters and others submitting loans to underwriting are recommended to take this training.
