Newrez LLC “Newrez” Approved Correspondent Clients; Newrez is excited to announce an expansion to the Closed End Second program to include a non-delegated option. Contact your regional sales manager for information on how to get approved for this program.

Please follow the current process for submitting loans for non-delegated underwriting. In addition, the Fee Schedule has been updated for this product.

New product training is available. Visit our training site to sign up for upcoming sessions. Processors, underwriters, and others submitting loans to underwriting are recommended to take this training.
