Corrected Note Changes

Newrez LLC "Newrez" Approved Correspondent Clients; please note that our Custodian, Deutsche Bank has changed their corrective note process. Effective immediately, Deutsche Bank will no longer allow note swaps or page replacements. In addition, they will not shred or discard notes on behalf of lenders.

For quickest resolution, please follow the below process for corrected notes:

1)    Request to return incorrect original Note

a.    Email request to Client Manager to return incorrect Note

b.    Provide return shipping label (FedEx or UPS). Note can only be returned to the original place of origination:  Warehouse Bank or Lender/Bank

2)    Ship corrected Note to Deutsche Bank using the following address and Attention line

ATTN: RUSH Reinstatement

3)    Allow 48 hours after receipt of the corrective note for Deutsche Bank to reinstate, re-audit and approve.
