UAD 3.6 Appraisal and Forms Redesign

Newrez LLC "Newrez" Approved Correspondent Clients; effective March 30, 2026, Newrez will be accepting loans from clients who have adopted the Uniform Appraisal Dataset (UAD) 3.6 Appraisal and Forms Redesign and submitted via the Uniform Collateral Data Portal (UCDP). The UAD 3.6 appraisal can be used for all conforming loans and Non-QM loans (Smart Series). Government (FHA, VA and USDA), JUMBO AUS and Closed-end seconds loans must continue using the UAD 2.6 appraisals. 

We will continue to accept UAD 2.6 Appraisal formats until the mandatory compliance for all GSE loans starting on November 2, 2026.

Our guidelines will be updated to permit UAD 3.6 and will retain all current appraisal formats until the mandate.
