Pricing Blackout Period
Newrez LLC "Newrez" Approved Correspondent Clients: please note, effective August 23, 2021, we have updated our “blackout period” when no pricing will be available from 7:00AM through 10:30 AM Eastern Time to 7:00AM through 10:00AM Eastern Time.
There may also be periods during the day when market conditions will necessitate a general Rate Sheet price update. During these periods Clients will be unable to obtain rate locks over the phone or Internet. Any faxes received during these blackout periods will be priced under the next available Rate Sheet.
Newrez reserves the right to suspend pricing for any or all products at any time.
