Newrez LLC "Newrez" Approved Correspondent Clients; please note that the Governor of California has declared a State of Emergency related to projected impacts from the Pacific Palisades and Eaton Wildfires in Los Angeles County, California.

Newrez is taking the following action for all properties within Los Angeles County effective immediately:

All loans submitted for purchase will require a disaster inspection per standard disaster policy.
