Newrez LLC "Newrez" Approved Correspondent Clients: The Registration/Lock Desk will be staffed until 4 PM ET on Thursday, April 3, 2025. Clients will be able to lock and extend on the website as usual. Standard overnight rate protection will begin at 5 PM Local Time and expire at 7 AM ET the next business day. Registration/Lock desk will resume normal hours on Friday, April 4, 2025. Bulk Desk will be open normal hours on Thursday, April 3, 2025.
