FEMA has now issued an incident period end date for Hurricane Michael in Florida, but not yet in Georgia.
New Penn Financial will now resume purchasing FHA loans in Florida in accordance with New Penn Financial’s Disaster Policy, Chapter 9 Collateral Audit and Funding.
Please note the incident end date is October 19, 2018.
Please ensure any re-inspections for the counties below are dated after the applicable end date noted above.
