Mortgage Insurance Minimum Credit Score Requirements

Newrez LLC "Newrez" Approved Correspondent Clients; effective with all pipeline loans and new applications effective immediately.

Conventional Product Summaries have been updated to require a minimum credit score of 600 on loans where Mortgage Insurance (MI) is required. This change aligns conventional eligibility with the minimum credit score thresholds established by mortgage insurance provider guidelines.
