Overlay Matrix Updates

Newrez LLC "Newrez" Approved Correspondent Clients, Newrez is announcing updates to the Conventional/Conforming and Government Overlay Documents. 

Effective Immediately for all pipeline and new applications on and after June 25, 2026.

The Conventional and Government Overlay Documents have been updated to align with the current product summaries.

The updated document will display in red all newly added overlays as well as existing overlays that were previously identified only within the product summaries.
