Yosemite Jumbo AUS Updates

Newrez LLC "Newrez" Approved Correspondent Clients, the Yosemite Jumbo AUS product guidelines have been updated with the following effective for all locks on and after August 27, 2026.

Transfer appraisals are now permitted with the following requirements:

    • Copy of appraiser’s license

    • Copy of appraiser’s E&O insurance declaration page

    • AIR Certification from the appraisal management company who facilitated the order

    • Assignment letter from previous lender

    • Transferred appraisals must be dated less than 120 days from subject note date
