USDA – Fiscal Year (FY) 2027 Funds Now Available

Newrez LLC “Newrez” Approved Correspondent Clients, USDA has announced FY 2027 SFH Guaranteed Funds are now available.

Guidance for Loan Submissions:

Files in Process: Over the next 2 business days the Agency will obligate loan guarantee requests which previously received Form RD 3555-18/18E, Conditional Commitment for Single Family Housing Loan Guarantee, contingent upon the availability of an appropriation. The system will electronically generate an updated Conditional Commitment to remove the “contingent upon” language. When lenders receive the updated Conditional Commitment, lenders will know the Agency successfully obligated the loan.

Loan Closing: Once a lender closes a loan and the Agency removes the “contingent upon” condition from the Conditional Commitment, the lender may submit a Loan Note Guarantee request through the Agency’s automated Lender Loan Closing (LLC) system.
